I.
✦ GENERAL ✦

•  I have the right to reject any request for any reason.•  I have the right to use the commissioned art to promote my services.•  I have the right to post the final product / WIPs on any social media unless the "Partially Private" option is selected and a showcase date is previously discussed (in case of debut / re-debut dates).
_{A "Partially Private" commission type means the final artwork still can be added to the artist's portfolio and posted on social media, but will remain strictly private until the date selected by the client on the request form.}•  All listed services are only for Personal use, Social media use and Streaming use (pfp, decoration, etc.) - For merchandise usage, please select the "Commercial Merchandising" option fee.•  For faster replies please contact me vía Twitter DM ♡


II.
✦ PAYMENT ✦

•  The payment must be done upfront.•  The prices are in USD and the only pay method is PAYPAL through Vgen.•  The commission will be rejected if the invoice isn't paid within 72 hours.

MERCHANDISE FEE: x2 of the original price.


✦ REFUNDS ✦

•  No refunds policy. It only applies if I can't start or complete the work. In that case, you'll receive a full refund. Please only request if you're 100% sure.•  If you request a chargeback when a refund is not allowed, you will lose all rights to the commissioned piece and will be blacklisted from ordering anything from me again.


III.
✦ HOW TO ORDER ✦

•  Request can be done via Vgen.•  The commission will start formally once the full payment is received & the sketch is approved.•  Prices are subject to change depending on the complexity of the request.•  No rushed commissions are available.•  I'll contact you in a span of 3-5 days after reviewing the request to start discussing the form.


✦ PROCESS / DELIVERY / REVISIONS ✦

•  Usually it’ll take around 3 weeks – 2 months to finish the piece once approved the sketch. I’ll keep you updated if I think it’ll take more / less time.•  The commission will formally begin once the sketch is approved. Only at this stage (sketch) there's no limit to the number of edits, after that, you'll have a maximum of 3 small edits until the commission is completed.•  If a week passes and there is no communication from the client when the artist requests a revision, the commission will be paused until there is a response and the delivery date will be extended.•  WIPs of each stage will be provided. You're always welcome to ask how your commission is going ♡•  You will receive two (2) PNG files in their specified size:(1) file with watermark and the selected background type.
(1) file without watermark and the selected background type.If JPEG or transparent background files are needed, please let me know when requesting.Also, please don't hesitate to let me know there's any mistake or any of the sort on your commission!


IV.
✦ COPYRIGHT AND USAGE ✦

• I’ll reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online and on my portfolio.• For personal use / Social media use / Streaming use, the client can post the commissioned piece on the platform of choice with appropriate and visible artist credit.• You will not make profits from the commissioned piece unless the commercial merchandising fee has been paid.• The client can't alter / trace / copy the commissioned piece without the artist consent.• The commissioned piece may not be resold / gifted without prior authorization from the artist.• The commissioned piece CANNOT BE USED in AI generators or any blockchain technology, such as cryptocurrencies or NFTs. Doing so will result in blacklisting.
